Shipping Policy

At SMEK TECHNOLOGY, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and promptly. Please read our shipping policy to understand our procedures and estimated delivery times.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders received before 12 pm WAT (West Africa Time) are processed same-day, while orders received after 12 pm WAT are processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): ₦1,500 - ₦3,000 (depending on location)
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days): ₦3,500 - ₦5,000 (depending on location)
- Same-Day Delivery (Lagos only): ₦5,000 (orders must be received before 10 am WAT)

Delivery Areas

- We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria.
- Please note that delivery to rural areas may take longer than estimated times.

Estimated Delivery Times

- Lagos: 1-3 business days
- Other cities: 3-7 business days
- Rural areas: 7-14 business days

Delivery Attempts

- Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times.
- If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be issued (minus shipping costs).
